Returns & Exchanges
At paceandstyle.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return or exchange items purchased online under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Products must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
- Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
How to Return
- Visit our returns page at paceandstyle.com to start your return process.
- Select the order and item(s) you wish to return.
- Print your return label and securely attach it to your package.
- Drop your package at any courier location listed on your return instructions.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please follow the same steps as a return and indicate the item you would like in exchange.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please start a return immediately via our returns page. We will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
Additional Information
- Items returned without a valid return label may not be accepted.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error by paceandstyle.com.
